Summary: 1. Around 20% of PID patients in the registry had autoimmune manifestation
2. There was a Significant diagnostic delay amongst these patients
3. Autoimmune cytopenia were commonest followed by gastrointestinal(GI) and skin,hair and nail manifestations
4. Autoimmune cytopenia and endocrine manifestations were commonly seen in Diseases of Immune dysregulation
5. In patients with immunodeficiencies affecting cellular and humoral immunity, GI and skin autoimmunity was common
Bottom line: Autoimmunity should prompt the suspicion of underlying PID
